If you can go to a friends and try the iptv at their place and it works really good but if you find it also lags on friends then you know it's the iptv provider that is the problem.

hardware/boxes with 1gb ram can have problems and 2gb ram is needed to decode some full hd channels and sound etc.Ĥ.the last thing it can be is the iptv suppliers servers location to where you are at increases lag and ping.

if 2 does not help then what software and hardware are you using ? I would try a different android app like iptv extreme pro on android or use vlc on computer to see if it it improves and go from there. go thru them all until the lag/buffer stops -> ģ.
